What WGRA does with the information we gather

  • General communication with members of the Association.
  • To send a regular e-mail Bulletin and other communications relating to events and our local area.

The data collected will be stored electronically and may only be accessed by the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of the Association. Paper copies marked “Confidential” may be released to other members of the committee only when necessary to allow the proper administration of the Association.

Newsletters

A paper Newsletter is distributed twice a year to each house in the area. This is not dependent on holding any information about the residents.

What happens when you no longer wish to receive newsletters or bulletins?

If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive emails or bulletins from WGRA and we will delete personal information held by us.
