Dear Colin,
I have regular grandchildren minding duties on Wednesday evenings during school terms. Consequently, although I would very much like to join the next WGRA Residents’ Committee meeting on 29 June, these duties preclude my attendance and I must offer my apologies for absence.
Having read the minutes of previous meetings, I can foresee potential confusion with other members if any comment I make is recorded in future minutes due to my initials. I suggest that all my initials are used, namely RDNB, to avoid such confusion.
I hope to see you in the Crate and Apple pub on 2 July.
