What WGRA does with the information we gather

- To send a regular e-mail Bulletin and other communications relating to events and our local area.
The data collected will be stored electronically and may only be accessed by the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of the Association. Paper copies marked “Confidential” may be released to other members of the committee only when necessary to allow the proper administration of the Association.

What happens when you no longer wish to receive newsletters or bulletins?
- At the top right of the WGRA website homepage, there is a link “Unsubscribe”. This will allow you to enter your email address and unsubscribe.
- Also, at the bottom of each Bulletin and Association e-mails, you can click on “Unsubscribe” and follow the instructions.
- You may also email The Secretary to confirm you wish to unsubscribe.
If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive emails or bulletins from WGRA and we will delete personal information held by us.
Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you
