At it’s meeting on 16th March 2016, the Westgate Residents’ Committee drew up its carefully considered response to the traffic proposals for the Whitehouse Farm development:

In the days that followed, our Chairman Dr Richard Brownfield, with the collaboration of all committee members, drew up the following letter to the Chichester District Planning Officer in charge of the Council’s response to the developer’s outline application, which will probably be considered at the CDC Planning Committee on 12th April 2016:
